What is Hendrix?
Hendrix is a groovy display typeface that’s curvy, nostalgic, and fun. It’s inspired by vintage typefaces such as cooper black, and modern typefaces and foundries such as Damn Type Co.
The project included creating a type specimen poster to show the typeface and give examples of usage. A promotional booklet was created as well to go alongside both and create a cohesive branding package for the typeface.
Process
The layout process was sketching out multiple options for how to set-up the promotional booklet that advertised the typeface and potential uses, as well as specimen poster.
