Internship
My internship at the Butterfly Pavilion consisted of numerous duties and I would work on multiple projects at a time. My primary job was designing all the collateral and print for the Butterfly Ball Colorado fundraiser for raising money to fund education and conservation for invertabrates.
Additionally, I did posters and advertisements that were posted around the building, mailed coupons for the gift shop, exhibit labels, and more.
Process
I attended meetings twice a week to keep up to date on the process, new upcoming events, and other important items. Whenever I had finished a project, it was sent to multiple departments for review and approval.
All of my work that was for the Butterfly Ball was reviewed by an external person who was contracted specifically to work on the branding and production of the fundraiser. I worked closely with her throughout the duration of my internship.
